Product Discontinued
The RoboWhois project is discontinued and we will retire this product by the end of this year.
RoboWhois has reached a point where it requires full time energy and a reasonable effort to scale and stay up-to-date with the frequent changes in the WHOIS industry.
Unfortunately, this is beyond our current capabilities. As a small company, we think that focusing all our energy into fewer products is an important part of building a strong business.
To ensure a smooth transition, we’re providing a four-month sunset period so you have sufficient time to find an alternative.
- September 1st, 2014 - We will no longer accept new registrations. Existing customers may continue to use the service and/or purchase new credits.
- December 1st, 2014 - From this date, existing customers will no longer be possible to purchase new credits. Existing customers may continue to use the service and consume the existing credits.
- January 1st, 2015 - The application will be turned off. You will no longer be able to use our API. Remaining credits will not be refunded.
During this transition period, we will continue to provide limited support. However, please note that we won’t be able to support the development of new features or issues that requires a substantial development effort on our side.
We know that RoboWhois has several customers who will be very sad to see it go. We’re sad too, but we believe that the service we’re currently providing doesn’t meet the standards of quality we expect to offer. Thank you for your business over the past 3 years and good luck to you all.
